A tale of 2 Mayor Giuliani's
Rudy should get and take a lot of credit for restoring and rebuilding New York City in the 90's. He should also take a lot of flak for the overreaching and dictator style he developed in his 2nd term. How little people forget that 9/11 saved him in many ways.
