Napavine Billboard. What do you think?

An interesting story/video is posted on CNN today about a billboard, shown above, in Napavine, Washington. It’s stirring up some controversy for obvious reasons. The billboard is on private property so it’s not “paid” media but it is viewable from a local highway.
That said, do you think it's racist (& should be removed) or that it’s free speech?

Much ado about nothing. Hamilton billboard signs which are privately run have posted controversial topics for years. Like it or not, it is free speech and, if you can think, food for thought. This particular sign referred to immigration problems. It was not a slur on hispanics, but the "politically correct" chose to read it that way
